This helps us track the payment in Plunket's general accounts, which are ... maaaaaassssive.

Outside tables are allocated to:
If you are an outside table, please arrive by 8.30am to start setting up (or earlier if you wish), but 8 people/cars will be unloading from 8am so that might take a while.
If you are an outside table, your fee will be collected on the day.

SO FAR, the weather is looking GREAT accordingly to metservice.co.nz
The hall has a small kitchen with hot water, so you can make yourself a hot drink before or during the sale. Instant coffee/tea, sugar and milk is supplied by Plunket. Plunket will have a cake stall so you can purchase a nibble without having to leave. There are toilets at the Centre as well. If folk need an ATM, there is one at the end of the drive (couldn't be closer, really).
You can use the carpark to unload (and later, reload) your cars. It only has 4 parks (hopefully the neighbours aren't parked in any of them). So, between 8-9 you can doublepark behind other cars if needed, but be alert to moving your car if needed. Once unloaded, PLEASE SHIFT YOUR CAR as soon as you are done to allow another person to use the park, and then during the sale we would like the carparks left available for the multitudes we hope coming to the sale. A great place to park is Clyde St and then walk down the walkway to the shops. If you need someone to look after your table while you do this, just let me (Nicci) know. If you have mobility issues and need to use a mobility carpark, please let me know. Otherwise, we'd really appreciate you sharing the space.
Please stay to the end of the sale, or close to 12 as it's a bit disheartening for the other stall holders if people start packing up and gives buyers the impression the sale is over, when it's still on.
We need to be clear of the hall by 1pm. Please take your rubbish with you.
The most important thing you can do to get your items sold is TELL people about the sale and that you're part of it. The more people come, the more you will sell.
